In your new role you will:
- Full Focus on product Cost improvement through Yield and performance increase
- Data analysis and data preparation for customer requests Data analysis and Characterization for Post production release products Cost down projects (CPW improvement, Edge exclusion,...)
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry with deep understanding of technical aspects of supply chain and manufacturing processes
- Proven experience in leading complex projects and method skills
- Technical knowledge in Gallium Nitride technologies
- Gain new insights by questioning existing assumptions as well as challenge the status quo to explore new paths(e.g. digitization, improvement of processes)
- Strong communication, negotiating and presentation skills to manage global and multicultural stakeholders and networks successfully
- Fluent English language skills
