In your new role you will: Be part of the digitalization and innovation hub within the finance organization to drive digitalizationthrough the implementation of finance systems and tools Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to develop and document technical business requirements,perform functional design tests, integration tests and user acceptance test, support successful and timelycutover and migration of financial data Responsible for the s upport of existing finance system and tools to ensure these operate reliably andefficiently To constantly identify areas for improvement in finance process inline with the objectives of the next levelof finance for the region Provide end-user training for newly-introduced processes, tools and systems Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting / Businessor any equivalent course. Minimum3-5 years of finance-accounting / controlling experience inthe manufacturing industry, preferably in a matrixed organization Highly proficient in SAP FICO and Advanced Excel (pivot table, macro) Prior experience first level end-user support in SAP FICO and/or FI migration projects S trong communication skills as well as a team player Passionate about the generation and incubation of new ideas , thinking out of the box, challenging statusquo Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
