In your new role you will:

• Assisting ES Manager on duties as assigned.
• Coordination and management of engineering sample across all OSATsubcon (globally located)
• Facilitate & support Business Units/Division on engineering samplerequest
• Partial management function

• Attend to regular and urgent meetings
• Gathering of information/data for reporting
• General support to other ES coordinator with all subcon
• Support ES Manager

• to achieve team\'s objective and target
• to assist internal customer needs to meet their deadlines requirement
• to facilitate data gathering for analysis of report
• on adhoc and urgent last minute request
• to maintain standard and reputation of the group
• Coordination and management of engineering sample across all OSAT subcon
• Coordination and management of ES process
• Assist Business Units in meeting their needs with close communication with customer to understand deadlines and drivesubcon to meet their needs
• Lead and co-ordinate a work to carry out task in hand as needed
• Responsible for subcon enabling related activity from ES perspective- setup facility code, logistic, SAP and Febes

• Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology)
• Min 4-5 years handling engineering sample
• Ability to speak Japanese and English
• Engineering knowledge a plus
• Planning, IT, Accounting background will be added advantage
• Previous experience required: Speak and write Japanese in previousexperience.
