Job description
In your new role you will:

• Responsible for specific mechanical system operation, maintenance, upgrading, and capacity study.
• Review and monitor preventive maintenance carried out for all Mechanical systems
• System capacity planning for all Mechanical systems
• Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and 8D failure analysis for all Mechanical systems and support management with zero spills and zero excursion program.
• Support troubleshooting activity whenever needed for all Mechanical systems.
• System improvement towards efficiency and stability.
• Carry out cost-saving activities, Decarbonization, and Utilities Efficiency.
• Implement and ensure all the safety, security, and cleanroom protocol are always followed by the Mechanical team.
• Support OPC ramp project for all Mechanical systems.
• Manage and supervises all related business partners and vendors incarrying out all mechanical-related projects.
• Budget planning and Utilisation management.
• All other works assigned by superior.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or related qualification or knowledge and skills acquired through relevant vocational training(5+ years).
• Minimum 5 years experience in a semiconductor plant or related industries installation with mission-critical operation and maintenance environment.
• Hands-on experience in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on all related Mechanical installations.
• Relevant management expertise and experience required.
• Ambitious, responsible, and able to make critical and correct decisions independently.
• Possess excellent communication, writing, and presentation skill.
