Job Description

In your new role you will: Ensure new product/package qualification fulfills Design forManufacturing (DfM) when released to mass production. Responsible for driving and ensure execution of quality control needs within package development systematic. Develop Quality First Time Right approach in package development, achieving milestone fulfillment and T2M. Ensure development project execution in compliance with defined systematic and requirements and product delivery to customer without deviation. Participate in risk identification through FMEA discussion based on assembly design rules, process capability matrix, experience, lessons learned & other inputs. Monitor the risk development throughout the projects. Ensure that the project implements all requirements as defined in reliability assessment plan and qualification report, according to the Package Requirement Profile as released by the division Responsible for Technical/ Process compliance review of development milestone deliverables fulfillment before milestone release to ensure quality system compliance. Responsible for creating Safe Launch control plan and execution of Safe Launch systematic Accountable for safe launch control plan fulfillment & final lot release. Responsible as quality owner for development projects including rampup until project closure. Support all internal and customer audit for projects till A9. Trigger early escalation and 8D/focus teams for process improvement, if necessary. Responsible for support in development task forces and 8Dif there is a failure. Releaser for failure catalog or updates. Ensure all technical and process reviewers are included. Perform adequate line validation for ramp-up readiness selectively. Execute Material Review Board) & F56 systematic for deviation or non-conformance management during the development milestone process to prevent re-occurrence. Ensure material disposition with proper risk assessment. Execute Engineering Samples Review Board systematically to ensure engineering Samples quality control & proper review before delivery to customer. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Applied Science with a major in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science. Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field. Experience in semiconductor processes preferred. Knowledge of quality system and tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D Knowledge of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 will be an added advantage. Independent and able to work with minimum supervision Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from all levels.
