They are currently seeking a Staff Test Development Engineer.Key Responsibilities:

• Creating innovative solutions for efficient testing in high parallel environments, developing new methodologies to enhance coverage and reduce test duration, and improving program structures.
• Transferring current production test programs to multisite setups and cost-effective, modern testing equipment.
• Providing support and resolution for test production engineering, test software, and hardware issues, including evaluation, debugging, and optimization during periods of ramp-up and high-volume production.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in product test development engineering or related fields.
• Familiarity with various Automated Test Equipment (ATE), particularly Eagle, Chroma 3380, and ASL1000.
• Proficient in creating ATE test programs and hardware for Serial Transceiver products, spanning from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production.
• Knowledge of high-speed digital interfaces or Power Management products is beneficial.
• Strong software proficiency, including Java, C/C++, Visual Basic, Perl, Python, etc.
• Experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, power meters, and spectrum analyzers is desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with solid time management, multitasking abilities, and the initiative to tackle technical challenges proactively.
