- Leads test program development and optimization activities for analog and mixed signal power management semiconductor components.
- Works closely with Design and NPI teams to define test methods and develop test dolutions for new products(software and hardware).
- Be the point-of contact and coordinator of all test engineering activities at our OSATs.Work closely with OSAT teams to ensure smoooth deployment of high quality,efficient and cost-effective probe and test solutions into manufacturing.
- Travel to our OSAT to support NPI, product sustaining and efficiency improvement activities as needed.
- Bachelor/master\'s degree in Electrical/Electronic /Computer/Mechatronics engineering.
- Good understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods.
- Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware.
- 8-10 years working experience in a semiconductor test enviroment.
- ETS 88 and ASL 1000 test development experience an added advantage.
- Enjoys the challenge of hands-on,data driven technical problem solving oppurtunities.
- Possess strong leadership and management skills.
- Strong communicator and willing to travel to our OSATs overseas as needed.
