• Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) is required.
• Diploma / Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience in senior care or confinement care is preferred, but fresh graduates with a valid APC are welcome to apply.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and passionate about delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Tanggungjawab

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, nursing interventions, and the administration of medications.
• Monitor and manage the health conditions of residents/patienrs/Mummies/Babies, ensuring prompt attention and intervention when necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver a holistic care plan tailored to each resident's needs.
• Assist in managing and coordinating daily healthcare activities in the senior living or confinement care facility.
• Educate residents and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and document all patient care activities in line with regulatory standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents in line with safety protocols and company standards.
