\xe2\x80\xa2 Train the trainer \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct training, teaching and coaching for adult and kids \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop a schedule to assess training effectiveness \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct market surveys and interviews \xe2\x80\xa2 Track and compile collected data \xe2\x80\xa2 Conceptualize training materials based on data and research \xe2\x80\xa2 Marketing on training course that we provided \xe2\x80\xa2 Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials \xe2\x80\xa2 Review employee performance and learning \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms \xe2\x80\xa2 Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management \xe2\x80\xa2 Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
We are pioneer in STEM since year 2012. Our curriculum has expanded from STEM to STEAM by integrating the ARTS dimension in 2016, adding a creative touch. For the 10 years, we here are devoted to expanding the reaches of STEM/STEAM practices as our goal of being the first and only organisation endorsed by Ministry of Education Malaysia to conduct STEM teacher training besides of students to ensure the sustainability of STEM for the foreseeable future for the entirety of Malaysia. On top of that we are being accredited by International STEM Master Trainer besides of our STEM program also being accredited for International STEM program.
