This role is part of the Food & Beverage department, reporting to Stewarding & Hygiene Manager.What you will do:Clean, sanitize and keep all chinaware, glasses, and silver adequately, separated and stocked in the cafeteria line.Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities.Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils .Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner.The ability to keep all record of requisition and hand over back office by end of shift and report any damage or loses of equipment or stock.What we offer:
