Requirements

  • Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Knowledge of operation and sensitivity to buyer\'s demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal) will be an added advantage.
  • Team player with a pleasant personality and able to demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, attention to details, and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
  • Managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, customer service, employee scheduling, and overall store maintenance.
  • Driving sales and meeting revenue targets. This involves analyzing sales data, identifying trends, implementing sales strategies, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Train and develop the store staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve any customer complaints or issues that arise.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to the team, as well as conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Managing the store\'s budget, monitoring expenses, and maximizing profitability. This includes analyzing financial reports, implementing cost-control measures, and making decisions to optimize store performance.
  • Oversees inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, stock accuracy, and minimizing shrinkage. They work closely with the merchandising team to ensure proper product assortment and availability.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements is essential. Must also maintain a safe and secure working environment for both employees and customers.
  • Regularly reporting on store performance, sales metrics, and operational updates to senior management is a key responsibility.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with other departments, such as marketing, human resources, and logistics.
  • To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by or to the department and/or assigned by Management from time to time.
