Job Description

Ensure shelves, freezers, and displays are properly stocked, organized, and labeled Check and monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock using FIFO method Assist in loading/unloading and storing frozen goods with proper handling procedures Operate POS systems to process purchases, returns, and issue receipts accurately Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the store Report low stock levels and assist in inventory checks Follow safety protocols when dealing with frozen products and cold storage equipment Support promotional setups and seasonal display changes
Requirement

High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in business or retail is a plus Prior experience in retail or food-related customer service preferred Ability to work in cold environments and lift moderate weights Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic math and POS system operation skills

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
