Job Summary:

The Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining stock records, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will ensure that all inventory processes are properly documented and comply with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies. Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas for easy retrieval and access. Issue materials and products based on authorized requisitions. Monitor stock levels and prepare procurement requests when necessary. Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and deliveries. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss. Conduct regular stock-taking and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy. Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and finance departments. Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages to the supervisor.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in inventory or logistics is a plus. Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Clerk, or similar role. Knowledge of inventory software (e.g.SQL, QNE, Autocount or similar systems). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word). Physical stamina and ability to lift moderately heavy items if required. Possession driving license (CDL, GDL) & CIDB will be advantage.
