Title:

Warehouse & Logistics Operator

Job Purpose:

To handle and manage the movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods efficiently by following standard procedures to ensure smooth warehouse operations and accurate inventory control.

Work Condition:

Plant environment; may be required to work overtime and follow shift schedules based on operational needs and superior's instruction.

Job Requirements:Education, Qualifications & Training

Minimum Primary/Secondary School/SPM or equivalent.

Experience, Skill or Specialized Knowledge / Language / Ability to Travel

No experience required; training will be provided. Able to understand and communicate in simple English and Malay. Able to operate a forklift and reach truck. Able to handle warehouse documents and stock movement forms. Willing to work overtime and follow shift duty roster.

s: Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities / Activities

To issue raw materials and packaging materials according to the Production Material Requisition (PMR) form. To ensure the accuracy of materials issued and record transactions in the system or log form. To receive unused materials and return them to the proper storage area with correct labeling. To check incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy, damage, and quantity. To update stock cards and maintain proper recordkeeping for traceability. To assist in periodic stock counts and reconciliation activities. To load and unload goods safely using forklifts or reach trucks. To ensure all materials are properly stacked and identified to prevent mix-ups. To maintain cleanliness and organization of the material handling area. To ensure proper handling to prevent product contamination or damage. To comply with GMP, 5S, Safety, and Quality policies. To perform other duties assigned from time to time by the superior.

s: Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Accuracy in material issuance and return (error rate not exceeding 2%). Zero damage or mix-up during handling and transfer. Timely material issuance to support uninterrupted production. Compliance to food safety and quality policy (HALAL JAKIM and MUI, HACCP). Compliance with 5S Housekeeping, Safety, and GMP standards. Compliance with Company Rules and Regulations (Employee Handbook & ISO 9001:2015 SOP). Active participation in risk assessment activities. Immediate reporting of any safety incidents or near misses to the superior. Maintain good personal hygiene and discipline at all times.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
