About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic

Store Assistant

to join our team at

Salam Point Grocery'

in

Kelana Jaya, Selangor

. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our grocery store.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with their shopping needs and inquiries Stocking and replenishing shelves, ensuring products are displayed neatly and accurately Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store, including cleaning and tidying Operating the cash register and handling customer transactions accurately Receiving and processing deliveries, checking inventory and stock levels Providing support to the store manager and team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a grocery or similar environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment Familiarity with operating cash registers and basic inventory management A positive, friendly and helpful attitude

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
