Assist customers with product selection and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is well-stocked, clean, and neatly presented.
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
Support daily store operations, including receiving, tagging, and arranging stock.
Ensure adherence to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and hygiene protocols.
Assist in stock counts, replenishment, and store opening/closing duties.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service targets.
Requirements:
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in fashion retail or multi-store environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
