Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service

: Assist customers in locating products, provide recommendations, and resolve inquiries or complaints.

Sales Transactions

: Handle cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.

Inventory Management

: Restock shelves, monitor stock levels, and update inventory records.

Store Maintenance

: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing through proper merchandising.

Documentation

: Submit daily reports or documents to internal departments as required.

Receiving Deliveries

: Accept incoming stock and ensure proper storage.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Communication Skills

: Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Basic Math Skills

: For handling transactions and stock counts.

Attention to Detail

: Ensuring accurate inventory and clean displays.

Teamwork

: Collaborate with other staff to maintain smooth operations.

Flexibility

: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
