Job Description
Tanggungjawab Tanggungjawab Responsibilities Rental negotiation, execution, and management of leases and tenancy agreements. Negotiate and maintain strong rapport with landlords and agencies. Review and recommend of store expansion. Identify and acquire new sites. Analyze financial reports and prepare business for store expansion submission. Involved in presentation of new business cases to top management. Requirements Possess a Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience in retail store expansion and site acquisition. Possess good planning and organisation skills. Able to priorities multiple projects and consistently work within tight deadlines. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. Possess own transport and able to travel.
