Job Description

Responsibilities:

To verify every MPL data key in accurately and check all documents relating to incoming and outgoing goods are in order. Order supplies, maintain optimal inventory levels, and update inventory records using inventory systems. Design and maintain inventory layout for FG and WIP in compliance with FIFO principles. Safeguard goods, labeling and packaging throughout storage and delivery until receipt by customers. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, timely of goods and materials. To ensure and verify the quantities and conditions for all outgoing and incoming goods. ( to be liaise with QA/ QC) Check the accuracy of purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, received items, inventory records, and deliveries. Ensure effective manpower planning, delivery planning, overtime control, and continuous improvementof warehouse processes, including container unloading, WIP handling, and delivery loading lead time. Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity. Ensure all documents related to incoming and outgoing goods are complete, accurate, and in order. Ensure safety practices and housekeeping standards are implemented to maintain a safe and comfortable working environment.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Logistic Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field. At leas 1-2 years of store experience in manufacturing industry. Good knowledge of store inventory control, warehouse operations, FIFO and stock reconciliation. Experience in JIT
