Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for warehouse/logistics operations assigned

To lead a team of workers for goods receipt, put away, order fulfilment, stuffing/unstuffing & other daily tasks

Able to response on urgency to facilitate warehouse processes to support production, shipping & other departments

To communicate with inter-departments, external parties or stakeholders on order fulfilment or customer service

To provide prompt investigation & feedback on customers complaint or request from internal departments

To monitor and ensure the compliance of ISO 9001, 5S & other company certification

To maintain proper safety, cleanliness, housekeeping & security at the responsible areas

To maintain proper computerised data entry, documentation & record for traceability

To monitor the related warehouse/logistics operations accuracy & efficiency

To perform proper inventory management, which include storage location accuracy & stock accuracy

To work under pressure in meeting the tight timeline

Monitor the usage & replenishment of packaging materials

To take up additional task assigned by superiors or the company management

To provide periodical reports to superiors or to the company management

To identify areas of improvement & propose the action plans to superiors

Requirements:

Must possess at least a diploma level qualification

Minimum 3 years related warehouse/logistics working experience, prefer in high inventory/SKU scenario in manufacturing environment

Pleasant personality & a team players with all levels

Possess strong sense of responsibility & able to work independently

Willing to work long hours, odd hours, OT at weekend, rest days or public holidays upon request & under tight schedule

Possess own transport

Exposure & experience in ISO 9001, 5S & other certifications is an advantage

Good command of BM & English

Good computer literacy

Good physical health & fitness for warehouse operations.

Continuation Requirements:

Good computer literacy & experience in ERP/WMS is an advantage

Forklift/reach truck driving experience is preferred

Possess good working attitude & physical health

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
