Job Scope:-
Fully responsible for store operations to achieve monthly and annual sales targets;
Manage product assortment and inventory, monitor replenishment and transfers to ensure optimal stock levels;
Control store operating expenses, analyze performance data, and ensure the implementation of retail standards;
Manage daily store operations, lead and train staff to build morale and team cohesion;
Maintain store image and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines;
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements:-
Minimum 5-7 years of total retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
Communicate with brand leaders from China who are
mandarin speaking
. Training in mandarin.
Familiar with store operations and sales management. Sales-driven.
Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.
Proven organisational skills, strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to analyse situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity
Ability to challenge and influence operational processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
