Job Responsibility Assisting Store Manager/Area Manager with outlet s manpower planning, inventory management, preparation of products and overseeing of the daily operations. Ability to provide trainings to staff on operational skills and knowledge that align with company requirements. Adhere and assist to enforce the established SOP and guidelines at each workstation. Support hands on duties such as beverages preparation, manage customer orders and handle payment transactions. Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times. Maintain store hygiene conditions to ensure compliance with food safety standard and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience at supervisory role in managing a Cafe/Restaurant/Fast food sector or other sectors. Minimum 2 years experience in F&B industry. Minimum education level SPM / O Level. Ability to communicate in both English and Bahasa as this candidate will be engaging with customer. Mandarin is an added advantage. Corporative and helpful with other team members. Enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about the F&B industry. Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6days/week, 7.5hours/day. Independent and able to multi-task. Able to start work in short notice and adapt to work environment would be an added advantage.
