The actual amount received should not exceed that in the Purchase Order.
Ensure the quality of goods delivered is in accordance with the specification stated on Purchase Order.
When the quality is different than what is ordered, the goods should be returned.
For market list item, Receiving Clerk should call kitchen staff to check the quality.
Prices stated on delivery order are in accordance with the price on the Purchase Order.
Stamp the delivery order and invoice with receiving stamps acknowledging receipt of goods.
Update Purchase Order for the goods already received and partial delivery.
Attach meat tags to items are required by hotel policy.
Send the accepted goods to the storage and / or user Departments immediately
