Requirements:

Minimum SPM with minimum 5 years related working experience especially in store, inventory or warehouse
Good communication and computer skills
Able to lead the team to perform with minimum instruction and monitoring from top
Cost concise

Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing stock, handling and disposition of materials, and recording data
Arranging for stock takes and reconcile the stock discrepancies
Monitors to ensure store and display area in neat and orderly manner
Reconciles the stock take variance report
Submits variance report for settlement
Handles the stocks complaint from camp management or workers
Ensures all the damaged stocks are properly reported and disposed of
Maintains strict confidentiality of all matters pertaining to work
Any other duties and tasks delegated at any time by the immediate superior
