Job Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Monitors the Finished Goods Inventory Management which includes stocks reconciliation.
Plans and monitors daily logistics activities comprising transaction documentations, customs clearance, transportation and shipping arrangements.
Check stock report and issue & check system exit pass and stock out report by using ERP system and prepare monthly stock report.
Manage department workforce
Ensures tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse at all time.
Handles daily warehouse operation to ensure that customer delivery schedules are met.
Monitors closely on all imports and exports shipment and documentation as well as customs clearance and exemptions.
Liaises with relevant customs authority on customs clearance and procedures.
Maintains strict confidentiality of all matter pertaining to work.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
