: Project Management Manage relationships with key stakeholders at Government entities and Shopee internal teams for purpose of assigned task accomplishments Develop or lead strategic analysis for high impact platform level and Non-Shopee entity initiatives Responsible for campaign initiation, planning, end-to-end management, execution, monitoring and evaluation Campaign Management Liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across Shopee departments and assigned Government entities to ensure initiatives and support are are aligned with Shopee objectives Review and analyze key commercial/marketing metrics on a daily basis to drive continual optimization and improve campaign efficiency Report business progress with quantitative data regularly Oversee the analysis, feasibility study and risk assessment to ensure the information produced to senior management is accurate and most beneficial to the organization Participate in creating strategic plans with BUs, preparing presentations as well as coordinating reporting to senior management Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree graduate. Background in public relations, business administration of communications/marketing is preferred At least 3 years of work experience. Project management experience will be a bonus Prior experience in 3PL logistics, fintech, e-wallets, telco, eCommerce, insurance marketing and/or campaign management will be a bonus Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken) Able to work swiftly, pivot quickly with changes in direction, and meet all deadlines with minimal supervision Displays ownership over one\'s work, successes, and mistakes Accountable and responsible for all deliverables Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work
