We are looking for a senior strategic planner to join our strategy team. Here are the details and what we are looking for.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

You will be working closely with the Regional Head of Strategy to shape and drive the strategic directions for the client\xe2\x80\x99s marketing challenges and communication briefs. You will ensure insight-led focus for creative teams to develop ideas and be able to connect ideas to strategy and vice versa. You will be able to engage and present to the clients with passion and articulation skills, and be a collaborative team player with an open mind. You will additionally be strong support in driving initiatives for strategy-focused awards and be able to assist in training the strategic planners, inspire and guide them on projects.

What is your background:

You have prior experience of at least 3-4 years in strategic planning in an advertising agency, you are comfortable with basic analytical skills have used tools and data platforms to gather information and form strategic POVs. You have good fundamental knowledge and passion for Marketing, Digital, and Behavioural Sciences with wide interests in different subjects and areas.
