Job Description


DescriptionPrimary Objective:

  • Ensure branch day-to-day operations are being carried out efficiently and effectively and meeting the turnaround time (SLA/TAT) and internal /external customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectation.
  • Provide support to clients, Dealer\xe2\x80\x99s Representatives and Futures Broker Representatives. Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and adherence to in house policies, guidelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and ensure day-to-day operations are being carried out efficiently and effectively and meet the turnaround time (SLA/TAT) as stipulated in the service agreement/ guidelines/ operating manuals and to meet/exceed internal /external customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectation.
  • Act as reviewer and/or approving authority for operational related matters within the branch.
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory requirement and adherence to in house policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure branch internal control in place for daily operational functions.
  • Attend and provide support to clients, Dealer\xe2\x80\x99s Representatives, Futures Broker Representatives enquiry on operations related matters. Prepare complaints chronology on complaints lodged by clients.
  • Attend Compliance and Internal Auditor requests/ queries.
  • Prepare compliance or audit findings responses.
  • Attend and participate in the meetings organized by Principal Office (\xe2\x80\x9cPO\xe2\x80\x9d) and escalate branch issues/feedback to Supervisory Branches for clarification or next course of actions.
  • Conduct dialogue sessions amongst Team.
  • Cascade communication from Management or change process to Team Members.
  • Coordinate and compile information, periodical or management reporting requested by PO/Supervisory Branch.
  • Drive and coordinate branch initiatives and participate in PO/Supervisory Branch initiatives/exercise/project.
  • Adhoc task as assigned by superiors.
RequirementsRequirements:
Diploma - Accounting, Banking, Finance or equivalent professional qualifications..Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in stockbroking and/or financial services industry.
  • Knowledgeable on relevant operations activities
  • Knowledgeable on compliance and regulatory requirements
