: The Implementation team is part of the Digital Marketing vertical of Cognizant\xe2\x80\x99s collaboration with client. This position is part of a team responsible for Ad creation & modification on client websites. It requires great customer service skills and associates should be able to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with Account Managers, Advertisers, Creative Agencies, Publishers, Post Production Developers, Quality Assurance Specialists and Live Issue Support Specialists. The team is part of a global structure, with focus on APAC clients. Continuous expansion for Services provided, required and enabled to grow the team and knowledge. The Implementations team is the only one of its kind, playing a crucial role for client and it\xe2\x80\x99s clients as well as in the advertising lifecycle. 4-6 weeks training will be provided, covering general marketing, product and client application specific training. Languages: English along with Korean Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively through chat, email and occasionally voice with account managers, advertisers, creative agencies and publishers to address issues in a timely manner - Understanding client requirements and accurate implementing them with stringent quality parameters - Handling queries/troubleshooting on assigned cases within Service Level Agreement - Assisting clients in image hosting and promoting dynamic campaigns
