We are seeking ambitious and driven penultimate-year undergraduate and MBA students to join our teams for a transformative experience.We are hiring interns for the following roles:- Research and Market Insights: Learn how to dive deep into market analysis and research to identify sector and business model trends for potential investment opportunities.- Capital Formation / Fundraising: Support with LP research and prospecting. Gain experience in how to develop pitch decks, presentations, and LP-facing materials.- Communications, Community, and Marketing: Support with social media posts development, video editing, and content curation. Assist with event planning and logistics.Duration: 2-3 months \ Requirements

• Penultimate year students and MBA students with a passion for venture capital or entrepreneurship.
• Intellectually curious with strong critical thinking skills and business sense.
• Proven ability in organizing workflows, taking robust notes, working independently, and collaborating across teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, where production and presentation of initiatives are concise and clear.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills, with experience using Excel, and other financial analysis tools.
• Creativity and comfortable with \'blank sheet of paper\' assignments.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and identifying what may be needed to define clarity.
• Energetic team player who is ready to make an impact.
