1. At least 2 years of supervising/ managing Mixue outlets/ similar F&B outlets/ retail outlets.
2. Excellent leadership and always prioritise customer satisfaction, customer service and product knowledge.
3. Sales- driven and aggresive. Lead team to achieve sales target by promoting and upselling products.
4. Manage daily opening and closing procedures. Ensure all staffs follow HQ SOPs in product preparation/ hygiene, equipment cleanliness and maintenance, outlet internal and external cleanliness.
5. Manage and achieve daily and monthly sales target. Monitor stock count and inventory ordering, usage and wastage. Good control in cost and profit margin.
6. Lead the team to achieve operational excellence.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
