1)Managing and leading a team of employees to achieve their goals and objectives 2)Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members, and monitoring their progress and performance 3)Providing guidance, support, and feedback to team members to help them improve their skills and knowledge 4)Coordinating with other departments and managers to ensure that the team\'s work aligns with the organization\'s overall goals and objectives 5)Managing and controlling the budget and resources allocated to the team 6)Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures 7)Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts within the team Participating in recruitment and selection of team members 8)Scheduling, assigning and supervising the work of team members 9)Communicating with upper management to report on team performance and progress In summary, a supervisor\'s job is to manage and lead a team of employees to achieve their goals and objectives, while also ensuring that the team\'s work aligns with the organization\'s overall goals and objectives.
