Job Description

Job & Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day departments operations and ensuring smooth operations on the respective in charged stores.
To manage the overall functions of Fresh market & Grocery (pricing, display, sales and promotion, manpower, inventory, profit margin and etc) to achieve the objectives set.
To monitor the inventory control for the storekeeping, stock replenish, stock expiring, stock return, display and etc.
Maintain smooth daily operation.
Upkeep of stores cleanliness and hygiene standard.
Responsible for employee’s performance and discipline.
To train guide and coach service staff including counselling whenever required.
Controlling wastage very well follow target set by Company’s.
Ordering must be correct to avoid over stocks and forecast for festive session must be accurate.
Ensures promotion materials in store are up to date and in impeccable conditions.

Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM/ Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience in hypermarket / fresh mart business operation in managing the similar departments.
Former Supervisor / Department Head / Division Head / Executive in Fresh Market, Grocery & Non Food departments are strongly encourage to apply.
Strong sales background will be an added advantage.
Able travelling to several stores (KL, Selangor, Outstation.)
Able to work shift, weekend and public holidays.
Able to start work as soon as possible.
Ability to communicate influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.
Speak, read and write in Mandarin is a must.
