Supervise and lead F&B staff during daily operations and shift changes.
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering with the manager.
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee table setup, reservations, and seating arrangements.
Assist in staff scheduling and daily shift planning.
Report daily operations and issues to the Restaurant/Outlet Manager.
Support with cash handling and closing procedures when required.
