Job Description
Job Purpose
- In charge of overall administration and management of subordinates for the outlet within in Company.
- To serve food and beverages to guests according to in timely manner in meeting guest expectation
- To provide high standards of quality and speedy service
- To portray a professional demeanor and communication skill with all guest
- To lead and manage a group of staff to deliver services rendered in timely manner and to ensure profitability.
Job Responsibilities (Con't)
Impact / Accountability
- To be creative in planning parties, outlet promotions and food promotion.
- Briefing of Chef's special, if any, at the outlet.
- To ensure established standard of service are implemented at all times
- To attend the guest complaint
- To ensure smooth operation of the outlets at all times
- Minimum SPM / Sijil
- At least 3 years experience in food & beverage industry in similar position or relevant field
