Job Description

- Batang Kali/Meru Jaya Ipoh/Taman U,Tanjung Malim/Taman Scientex, Senai/Bandar Baru Kangkar Pulai, Johor
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of cafe staff.
- Oversee food and beverage preparation to ensure it meets cafe SOP.
- Conduct training for new cafe crew.
- Schedule shifts and manage crew rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct regular checks on the quality of products and services.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are adhered to in all areas.
- Update sales reports to management team.
- Monitor, update and restock supplies, including food items, beverages, and packaging materials.
