1. Liaise with JKR and others related agencies to perform the Works. 2. Compiles and checks progress Claim for submission to Technical Executive/ Engineering Manager, client and sub-contractors/suppliers. 3. To assess Section Offices requirement for facilities and resources to facilitate maintenance activities to be conducted. 4. Monitor and controls performance of sub -contractors, suppliers and supervise the maintenance team in performing the daily work. 5. Monitors and controls performance of sub-contractors and supplier according to specifications. 6. Prepare monthly progress report, (routine, periodic and Emergency works) submit to superior. 7. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior
