\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to manage, lead and supervise a team to achieve the organization objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 In charge of the Engineering and Facilities section: \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain the Johore Branch premises 5s. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the production team is clearly communicated with company policies, EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) and quality regulatory requirements and comply with it at all time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the appropriate vendor to provide service for Johore branch utilities (lighting, plumbing, electric parts, and so on) as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Control and monitor all utility usage, particularly electric and water consumption. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all tool (especially nailing gun, hand tool, and so on) and forklift maintenance is carried out promptly.
