Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS : 1. To lead and work together with logistic and engineering members to meet production schedule, quality and yield targets 2. To motivate and work together with technician to resolve technical and operational difficulties in order to achieve quality and productivity as targeted 3. To continuously improve the work performance of the area and to correct accordingly. 4. To perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment / machineries are in optimum operating conditions. Continuous liaison with maintenance group is necessary to achieve this aim 5. Follow-up on machines which were found faulty during the previous shift and to take note and feedback to Production / Maintenance Executive / Engineer if the same problem arises too many times. 6. Attend to machines problem immediately and to rectify as soon as possible 7. To check and verify to ensure all work operations are carried according to work specification (APV/ SOP) and correct individual shortcoming. 8. To carry out verification to ensure all preventive maintenance, calibration and process checklist / maintaining are duly and accurately carried out 9. Maintain good housekeeping, safety, punctuality and discipline at work place 10 Responsible for training of new staff. 11. To ensure safety regulation is strictly followed 12. Authorize to sign subordinate gate pass, leave form, and property pass
