• Ensure all areas within our business premises and the slot machines are in good orderly and working conditions at least 15 minutes before shift starts and during the whole duration of shift.
• Report duty at least 30 minutes before shift starts for daily opening in the event if you are Duty Shift in Charge.
• Supervise gaming operations and personnel in an assigned area according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensure that each station is covered by sufficient floor staff in each shift.
• Brief the floor staff on new rules and gaming programs.
• Issue opening and additional float to the cashier according to SOP.
• Monitor all cash, credit/ debit cards transactions carried out by the cashier according to SOP.
• Attend to machines payout request made by the customers and reset machines for next games.
• Ensure and verify machines before payment is made to the customers according to SOP.
• Do daily closing and make sure all records are recorded correctly and tally with physical cash.
• Ensure money in drawer is safely kept by the cashier at the optimum level according to SOP.
• Report machines malfunction to the technicians and brief next Duty Shift in Charge to follow up until such malfunction is solved in an efficient manner.
• Ensure the premises is clean and in tidily manner at all times.
• Ensure the electricity is switched off (except for the designated area and where power points are required to be switched on after operating hours) before leaving the property.
• Ensure the alarm system is activated and all doors are locked before leaving the property.
• Assigned keys must be kept properly according to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies.
• Explain the house rules and games rules to customers.
• Attend to customers complaints in an efficient and courteous manner and report the complaints to the superior.
• Report if found any irregularity to the superior immediately.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior, Executive/ Manager.
