Responsible for overseeing and managing daily production activities, ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are adhered to.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the production team to meet production targets and quality standards.
Schedule and allocate task work to meet production requirements
Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and quantity standards.
Record production data accurately and maintain production records.
Provide training, develop, and evaluate production team members
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for increased efficiency and quality
Report and address safety or quality issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22301:2019, and ISO 13485:2016 standards and procedures.
Job Requirements
High school, Diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a production environment.
Familiar with
MS Office, Spreadsheets and Email
Familiarity with ISO standards preferred and commitment to safety and quality
Ability to adapt to changing production demands, priorities, and technologies
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
