Perform service workshop front office duties in daily operations (Ushering customers, taking customer request etc).
Handle customers service documentations and invoices of charges.
Consult with mechanics on the necessary repairs and maintenance service works.
Attent to the customers' enquiries, explain the jobs performed and its charges.
Responsible to collect payment for all the service performed and ensure closing is done by end of the day.
Answer phone calls from customers on complaints and service appointments.
Ensure proper documentation and records and update service information into the system accordingly.
Assist administrative function requirement for Service department.
Requirements
Minimum SPM/Certificate or Diploma in Automotive related field.
Minimum 3 year(s) of related working experience.
Able to communicate and understand Bahasa & English (Basic conversation skills).
Have experiance in communication with customer.
Familiar with computer applications and willing to learn after sales management system application.
Able to use Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).
Customer satisfaction oriented, pleasant personality with excellent communication skill.
Able to work long hours (beyond standard working hours) if and when needed.
Able to work during weekends if need be (Company/Training/Job request).
