Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Shah Alam for a Production Planning Control (PPC) Supervisor. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring that work is completed on time and to the required standard. The Supervisor will also monitor inventory levels, coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow, and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics or a related field is a plus At least 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff to achieve objectives Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
