\xe2\x80\xa2 To lead and motivate the Production Team in achieving the Company and Department objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide the necessary training and development to subordinate to ensure high level of moral, skills & knowledge are attained \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with other supporting departments to ensure a smooth production flow \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all products transfer from Customer are done promptly & accurately
