What You'll Do:
Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver impeccable service.
Uphold Issen's high standards of guest experience, hygiene, and quality.
Assist with operational management including inventory, scheduling, and financial reporting.
Drive sales through upselling, menu knowledge, and guest engagement.
Act as a role model, fostering a culture of teamwork, discipline, and excellence.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years in F&B or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for Japanese cuisine and fine dining experiences.
Flexible, proactive, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team.
Able to handle alcohol
Able to work split shift
