Job Overview

TE Data & Device has launched a Graduate Supply Chain Leadership Program that accelerates the early career talent and builds future End-to-End supply chain leaders at TE.

Job Responsibilities

• The program is intended to develop a pipeline of leaders that deliver business critical results through outstanding performance in multiple supply chain functions.
• The program consists of three rotations over the course of two years. You will have an unique opportunity to develop broad operational knowledge base and skillset by working in following global supply chain areas:

• Distribution Operations Planning - Serving customers timely in cost and cash effective way from global footprints of inhouse and contract manufacturers.
• Central Global S&OP Planning - Participate and influence decision making in Sales and Operational planning for assigned multi-Million global product form.
• Customer Delivery Experience.
• Also, you will be assigned to lead a high impact multi-functional transformational project (typically 3-4 months duration) in each rotation.
• We have crafted a tailored onboarding process to train you in each supply chain team and ensure your success. There will be a mixture of in-person and online training, some as a group and others individually. You will also be paired with our supply chain leaders to mentor and provide career guidance.

Job Requirements

• You must be a fresh graduate with MBA degree or Master\'s in supply chain management or a related field.
• Excellent academic credentials and leadership qualities
• Aligned with the TE\'s core value - Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork and Innovation,
• Fast learner and numerate with a strong attention to detail.
• Must be dynamic, flexible and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written/spoken)
• Mobility - Geographical flexibility preferred.
