• Language required: Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Skills required: Computer Literate, interpersonal skill, Communication
• 1 year and above of working experience in a similar position.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must be computer literate.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, and well-organized.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, dedicated, and responsible.
• Full-time position(s) available.
• Own car with a valid driving license.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, purchasing & maintenance.
• Able to start ASAP.
• Location: Ipoh

Tanggungjawab

• Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Ensure supply chain related processes such as qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges are functioning effectively.
• Assist the department to ensure smooth running of daily operations in the office such as filing documents, updating the master list, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance.
• Source and purchase raw materials/non-raw materials with quality and cost comparison.
• Search for new suppliers and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers for better purchasing and payment term conditions.
• Report directly to the Head of the Supply Chain Department.
• Update the supplier commodity list.
• Participate in department meetings to maintain an effective relationship with other departments.
