Kelayakan

• Diploma/ Degree in supply chain management,logistics or related fields.

1-3 years actual experience for Diploma (Officer);
3-5 years actual experience for Degree (Executive) * Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attitude and responsible character.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and have working experiance in ERP-SCM module relevant software.

Tanggungjawab

1.Delivery planning, operation and efficiency.

2.Shipping Invoicing, delivery order, packing list and other bank/insurance documents preparation.

3.Shipping operation, import/export and delivery related documents.

4.Import, export and delivery documents related to local authority matters.

5.Custom and purchasing related matters.

6.Comply with additional responsibilities and projects as-and-when assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

7.Comply and participate in all ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Safety, FSC, PEFC and 5S related matters.

8.Submit periodic (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) required performance and quality reports accurately, completely and timely to the Supply Chain Manager.

9.Assist the Supply Chain Manager in the recruitment of Warehousing manpower.

10.Assist the Supply Chain Manager in the training and development Warehousing

team-members to work together to achieve high organisational targets.

11.Participate and contributeto the Warehousing team-members performance appraisal

and continual review of the Skill Flexibility Matrix (SFM) assessment and

evaluation system.

12.Participate and contribute to the Environmental Safety role in SFM\'s Safety+5S Committee.
