The construction has begun in May 2021 and first series of production to commence in 2023. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch\'s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics\' fab in Dresden, Germany. The plant will also house R&D and training facilities.Job OverviewThe supply chain manager will act as an interface between the Bosch semiconductor Logistic Planning group (AE/LOP-SO) & Assembly and Test subcontractors/ foundry suppliers in Asia.Responsible for controlling the supply chain in assembly lines as well as supply management (loading, delivery fulfillment, pulls ins etc.).

• Manage the subcontractors in general especially during critical delivery situation.
• Responsible for KPIs like Cycle Time, Material Supportability etc.
• To provide timely management updates on any critical information that may potentially affect Bosch\'s businesses. This information could be strike, accidents, airport closures, planned line and equipment changes or moves, and changes in organisation.
• To check that all other actions requested from the subcontractor by Bosch are correctly understood and carried out.
• Continuously looking for opportunities or suggest new ways to improve work processes, improve KPIs of the subcontractors.
• To monitor the progress of production lots as well as provide immediate disposition in the case of logistic constraints causing delivery problems, capacity bottlenecks, releasing of hold lots.
• Short term support on site in assembly and foundry locations.
• Regular visits of assembly and foundry partners.
• Other additional tasks as per superior instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years to 10 years working experience in the logistics industry, preferable in the semiconductor environment.
• At least a bachelor\'s degree in Logistics & Management study.
• Possess a High level of

and Joy in inventing of new solution. * Possess strong intercultural communication & corresponding skills and able to work in team environment with initiative and willing to learn.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Supply Chain Management, planning competence with structural, analytical way of working.
