• Maintain data on import duties and tariffs to ensure compliance with all governmental regulations.
• Check and handle shipping documents and ensure it meets the necessary guidelines imposed by relevant authorities.
• Update shipment status and highlight delays and potential delays from each hub.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely shipment.
• Work with logistics and transportation teams to ensure incoming deliveries are received on time.
• Create Purchase Order for incoming goods to Malaysia.

Stakeholder Experience Management

• Attend to stakeholder\'s enquiries and make necessary arrangements for their bookings.
• Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure timely collection of cargo.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Exhibit strong attention to detail in updating and communicating project plans and critical tasks with both external and internal stakeholders.

Cost Optimization

• Negotiate and review freight charges with freight forwarders and courier companies to ensure the Company achieves cost optimization for outbound deliveries.
• Evaluate and fully optimize each container size based on bookings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain, inventory management or related field preferred
• 3 or more years of supply chain, inventory management or logistics related experience in a consumer goods industry.
• Strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Workplace Location

• Location: Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur Office
• Return To Work Designation: Hybrid work arrangement permits working from home on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility subject to company requirements
